To order a backup swekey you must plug your original swekey and order it from the Managment page

If your original swekey is lost, revoke it, you will receive a mail containing a link that will let you order a backup swekey.

If your original swekey is already revoked, check your mailbox you should have a mail that contains a link that will let you order a backup swekey.
